You can prepare it with just four ingredients- egg, potato, onion and olive oil. First you need finely chopped onion and cut 2-3 potatoes into small pieces. Then deep-fry the potatoes into olive oil with chopped onion. After frying keep it aside for spilling extra oil. Then whisk 4-5 eggs in a bowl and mix well with the fried potatoes. Lastly fry the mixture in a fried pan carefully (both sides). Now your delicious Spanish Omelet is ready to serve.

For preparing this item you need some simple ingredients like pork mince, porcini mushroom, celery, carrot, onion, olive oil, parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, dried herbs, tomato sauce and lasagna sheet. First you have to put olive oil in a fry pan with finely chopped carrot, onion and celery. Then put pork mince and herb in the mixture and keep staring. After a few minutes when the mixture turns brown then pour the tomato sauce and mix well. After 10-20 minutes off the gas. Then take a baking non-stick pan and pour the mixture in four steps with the lasagna sheet and after making four layers cover it with foil paper. Then preheat the oven in 180C and put the pan in the oven for total 30 minutes (20 minutes with covered foil paper and last 10 minutes without foil paper).

Then cut basa fillet into small pieces and put calamari, basa fillet, scallops and prawns one by one in the fry pan. After some time put chopped parsley, cherry tomatoes, salt, lemon juice and white wine in the pan and keep staring. Then take another pot with full of water. When the water starts boiling then put the chitarra pasta and salt in the water. Then boil pasta for 10 minutes and make it dry. At last put the pasta in the fry pan and mix well with the seafood. A few minutes later turn off the gas and mouth-melting spaghetti is ready to serve.
